As an Internal Auditor - Regulatory Compliance, your mission is to safeguard bunq's regulatory standing by identifying and mitigating compliance gaps, ensuring adherence to evolving regulations across all markets we operate in, and building the audit infrastructure that keeps our business resilient.

As an Internal Auditor - Regulatory Compliance, you will own:

• Conduct compliance audits across all business lines (AML, KYC, data protection, market conduct) and identify gaps with concrete remediation recommendations.

• Build and execute the audit roadmap, prioritizing high-risk regulatory domains and ensuring systematic coverage across our markets.

• Drive remediation tracking with business teams, ensuring findings are addressed and root causes fixed, not just symptoms.

• Compliance Audit Program: Design and execute the first multi-domain compliance audit program, covering AML/KYC, data protection, market conduct, and operational risk, delivering findings and a forward remediation roadmap.
