Creative Director

Roblox is looking for an experienced Creative Director to shape industry-leading creative for our immersive gaming and creation platform. This hands-on role requires as much creative judgment as it does craft—we’re looking for someone who can evaluate whether an idea is worth making, hold a through-line across a campaign or platform moment, and push the work from well-executed to genuinely compelling.

You'll direct creatives across multiple touchpoints, bring curiosity about how emerging tools and AI can improve the way the team works, and build the systems, culture, and talent that keep work moving efficiently from brief to delivery.
