We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal to own corporate housekeeping and entity governance for Flexport's subsidiaries across EMEA. You'll keep our existing entities in good standing across multiple jurisdictions, and you'll be the go-to person as we stand up new entities in new countries.

This role sits within the Global Legal Team and works closely with in-house counsel, Finance, Tax, and People teams, as well as local counsel and registered agents across the region.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance for Flexport's EMEA entities: statutory registers, minute books, organizational charts, and corporate records across multiple jurisdictions
