Databricks is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the App Traffic team, responsible for critical networking infrastructure that powers communication across the Databricks platform. The team builds and operates Databricks’ unified service mesh, including ingress, service discovery, service-to-service communication, traffic management, and intelligent routing across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

These systems sit on the critical path of Databricks services and must deliver exceptional reliability, scalability, and performance while providing simple abstractions for application developers.
