The Director of Growth and Acquisition owns what comes next: leading the full digital acquisition portfolio — paid social, paid search, affiliate, YouTube, mobile and app networks, and emerging channels — while building the capabilities that define Chime's next chapter of growth.

This is a leadership role, not a channel-management role. The foundation — building great teams, running healthy channels, and consistently delivering results — doesn't change.

What changes is the mandate: this leader is accountable for delivering today's business while identifying and building tomorrow's growth engine, staying close enough to the ecosystem of platforms, agencies, and technology partners to bring new capabilities into Chime before they become table stakes.

This role sits within Chime's newly evolved Media & Acquisition organization, alongside a Director of Media leading Offline, Media Planning, and MMM. Together, these two roles are being broadened in scope as Chime moves from a channel-by-channel model toward a more complete, portfolio-level view of how every marketing dollar creates value.
