Coinbase is looking for an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting organization. Reporting to the Director, SEC Reporting, this role will serve as a key owner of Coinbase’s external reporting process, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, earnings release support, and related audit and control activities.

This role will coordinate with Controllership, Technical Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, Tax, and external auditors, while also helping drive improvements to our reporting infrastructure, Workiva processes, and disclosure operating model in a fast-moving public-company environment.

What you’ll do

• Own major portions of the end-to-end 10-Q / 10-K / 8-K production cycle, including calendar management, drafting coordination, review workflows, tie-outs, and final filing support.
