We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern to join the HR Technology team within People Success for a 12-week summer 2027 internship. This team builds the internal applications, integrations, and AI-powered workflows that help Coinbase employees move faster.

You'll own a scoped project from discovery through production, making technical decisions across the stack and shipping working software that automates manual HR processes and measurably improves the employee experience.

What you'll do

• Own a project end-to-end, from defining the problem and scope with HR stakeholders through designing, building, testing, and delivering production-ready software within the internship.
