PagerDuty is hiring an experienced Senior Talent Partner in Lisbon to help drive and scale our hiring across Europe and global non-North American regions. Over the past several years, our Lisbon office has grown into one of our key strategic hubs.

To support our momentum, we need an in-market talent expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates high-volume context switching, and acts as a true generalist across all business functions—including Technical/Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and General & Administrative (G&A).
