About the Role

As a Finance Intern on Gusto’s Finance, BizOps & Strategy (FBOS) team, you’ll spend 12 weeks working on real projects that shape how we run the business. You’ll support leaders in Customer Experience, EPD, and Corporate Development, helping turn financial data into decisions about margin, cost to serve, and resourcing.

Day to day, that means building financial reports, analyzing costs to find savings, and partnering with teams across Gusto on projects that move the team’s roadmap forward. Along the way, you’ll use AI tools and automation to work faster
