As a Bilingual Senior Partnerships Manager at Teamtailor, you'll be the founding force behind our Canadian partner ecosystem, a role that combines tech and channel partnerships to drive real commercial impact in Canada. This is a builder's role with serious revenue upside, you'll take Teamtailor's global partnerships strategy and playbook and bring it to life locally.

The role

We have a handful of partners in Canada already but in terms of a structured revenue generating ecosystem, we're starting from scratch and we are looking for the right player to help build the market. You'll be part of our global Partnerships team, and your core job is to take our global strategy and playbook and deploy it at a local level, adapting it to what works in the Canadian market.

In the first 6–12 months, you'll be deep in discovery and build mode: mapping the landscape, identifying the right partners, reaching out, onboarding, and activating. From there, your mission shifts to keeping partners engaged, growing their revenue contribution, and continually expanding the portfolio.

You'll work toward clear revenue and lead generation targets for building partnerships that generate real revenue in the Canadian market, using the global playbook as your foundation and applying judgment on how best to execute it
